As a new user of the VT forums, you must first register for a user
account before being able to view current topics or post new threads.
Please understand that all posts must be approved by a member of the
forum moderation team before showing up in the forums. Please do not
submit the same post multiple times because you do not see the post
show up in the forums immediately.
All posts submitted should be related to the Visual Trading
software. This can include suggestions, questions, comments and/or
requests. However, under no circumstances should a post be related to
forex brokerage, trading experiences, server stability or in any way
not related to the VT software. Any such posts submitted will be
deleted and will not be posted into the forums.
To help tech support better serve you, please make sure you have
thoroughly reviewed all current VT help documentation and searched the
VT FAQ forum before submitting a new question.
To register a new user account, please follow the directions below:
- Read and agree to the "Forum Rules and Legal Disclaimer" by clicking the "Accept" button.
- Click the "register" link in the top menu of the website to begin creating a new user account.
- Read and agree to the "Rules of User Conduct" by clicking the "Accept" button.
- Fill in all of the required information in the Registration Information screen and click "Submit".
- To activate your new user account, you must confirm your
registration using the registration key sent to you via email. Please
be patient, depending on your ISP, the confirmation email may take
several minutes to be delivered. If you are using a spam filter in your
email client, be sure to check your junk email folder incase the
confirmation email was accidentally marked as spam.
- Once you have activated your account, you must log into the forums
using your new username to begin reading topics and posting questions
and/or replies.
