Notice: Before you can begin trading, you must complete the following procedure:

1. Select an appropriate agreement from the table below.
2. Fill out and sign the applicable pages.
3. Fax/Mail/Email the above pages, and copies of two valid identification documents to us.
4. Immediately notify us that you have sent the documents by emailing customerservice@cmsfxinternational.com.
5. Funds should be sent ONLY AFTER APPROVAL of your account. Please click here for deposit options.

What to Send Us:
Fax/Mail/Email copy of one government issued photo identification documents (ie: passport and/or driver's license), and the pages specified in the below table, under the type of trader which applies to you.

If emailing account opening documents:
In order to avoid unnecessary delays, please be sure to include the word "APPLICATION" in the subject line.

Important Information About Procedures For Opening a New Account:
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, CMS International will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow CMS International to identify you. CMS International may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
