Required Account Opening Documents for
Corporate Accounts:
Corporations
- Corporate documents, including (a) Certificate of Incorporation
and (b) Articles of Organization for Corporation indicating authorized
director(s) of the corporate entity.
- Corporate resolution allowing the Corporation to engage in Forex.
"Corporate Resolution" document is included in "Corporate Client"
Trading Agreement.
- Limited Power of Attorney naming the Trading Agent if the
director is not trading the account himself. The Trading Agent should
also complete a copy of “Managed Account Application” form.
- Copy of legal government issued photo identification of directors
and trading agent. A driver's license and/or passport are acceptable
forms of photo identification.
Partnerships
- Partnership Agreement.
- Partnership resolution allowing the partnership to engage in
Forex. "Corporate Resolution" document is included in "Corporate
Client" Trading Agreement.
- Documents confirming the formation of the Partnership (Articles
of Organization; Formation Receipt from a State authority, etc.).
- Copy of legal government issued photo identification of directors
and trading agent. A driver's license and/or passport are acceptable
forms of photo identification.
Sole Proprietorships
If the owner is operating under a name other than his own, he must
submit a copy of his “Assumed Name Certificate”.
