Terms and Conditions:
This promotion (“Promotion”) is available to all applicants or users of live trading accounts using VT Trader (save for managed accounts which are excluded). The Immediate Credit* is available for each account held by an account holder. Your deposit must be made with a minimum lump sum of $5,000 in order to be eligible. Immediate Credit applies to any deposit you make in increments of $5,000.
On funding your account you will receive an Immediate Credit in accordance with the totals in the table provided (Immediate Credit*). You will only be able to withdraw on the Immediate Credit after you trade the required Round Turn lots (see table). A Round Turn is equal to a 100,000 Standard Lot that has been opened and closed. The Round Turn requirement must be completed by the closing date June 30th 2010 to obtain the maximum Total Credit. Only positions opened after your deposit was made will count towards your Round Turn requirements. Trades placed on the USD/HKD pair will not be counted towards your round turn requirement.
CMS International’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion. CMS International at its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time. Further, it may, at its sole discretion, refuse any application for this promotion save that any monies paid to CMS International in furtherance of any application for the promotion shall be returned to the applicant as soon as reasonably possible after the date of refusal. CMS International shall not be required to provide any reason for any decision or changes that it makes regarding the promotion.
